Alright. Current weight is 203.8 I’ve lost 55 pounds from my highest weight of 258 I am going to brave the cold and go for a little walky walk which I have not done since last week. But what I have done this week, however, is do 20 reps of bench presses, squats with weights, and bicep curls, twice a day. Only with 10 pound weights (that’s all I have at home and that’s probably more than enough for me right now) but it’s something! Also. It’s a great day when fruit is on sale!
