I took my first cold shower in almost a year.

Painful during that moment, but wowow did I feel great afterwards. Going to try to continue this cycle for better skin, stronger immune system, improved circulation, etc.

I would highly recommend it if you haven’t already. Seriously so worth it.

Is cold shower like cold cold or lukewarm cold

Also, do you feel clean after? Or just to wake up etc

It’s cold cold. Lukewarm cold is better than hot and it does the job but it doesn’t do it anywhere near as good as cold cold.

You feel much more clean than if you used hot water.

You 100% feel energetic, refreshed, alert and woken up.
