Web3 deserves autonomous incentive systems. No death by committee. No founder bribes. Just Actions → Consensus → Rewards. 🧱 Think: GitHub Actions for humans. Submit PR → Carrot Review → Allocation. No retro drama. No spreadsheet battles. Just carrots.
