Although the intensity of rainfall slightly decreased in the afternoon, heavy rain has resumed again in the districts of Barisal and Chattogram Divisions since evening. Heavy rainfall is likely to continue throughout the night in the districts of Barisal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Sylhet, Mymensingh, and Khulna Divisions. During this time, some areas may experience very heavy rainfall accompanied by gusty winds at speeds of 50–60 km/h. Tidal water levels in rivers and estuaries of coastal areas may rise by 4 to 5 feet.

Residents living near rivers and coastal regions are strongly advised to remain extremely cautious.
