Now that we’re over 125,000 served, we wanted to tally our water savings. Since our farm recycles water so our plants can enjoy it later, we end up saving A LOT of it (plus less waste of nutrients). We’re now over 375,000 gallons of water saved since opening just over 2 years ago!
