This beauty is Green Twister echinacea. 

Fun fact, enchinacea or coneflower, is a medicinal plant where the roots are consumed to boost immune function. The flower is purple, but human influenced mutations have allowed it to be turned into different colors. However, if you plant mutated colors next to an original purple, it will eventually turn it back to a purple coneflower. Nature rules all!
