While the market is experiencing panic selling and huge trading volumes (and liquidations) at established minimums. Usually such situations occur at the climax of the movement. In addition, there are rumors that the FRS will soon intervene and help stabilize the situation. But until this happens, we can invest cash and gradually select assets at favorable prices for our portfolio.
