huge market, wonder what approval they need from issuer (i.e OpenAI)

On the one hand that worked at a startup where it almost became a class action because executives got carve outs to trade on secondaries. It seems to be an open secret now that many companies have shadow secondary markets, meanwhile employees get screwed since companies just don't IPO anymore.

On the other hand...
