Drugs fixed me!!! 💉💊💊

Still taking it easy with weight bearing on my ankle. Doc noted tendonitis and early arthritis. 

I noticed my heart rate spiking last month before the pain started. It’s sooo nice to wake up and see that it’s going back to normal 🙌

Early arthritis what are the signs for that?

Hope that’s manageable.

Thank you! arthritis was visible on the x-rays. the space between joints narrows over time and leads to bone spurs
