Yes. But not often. (Trying to change that!) I asked Whoop: - 2/3 10 minutes in Zone 5* - 6/2 - 8.5 minutes in Z5 - 5/31 - 7 minutes *red recovery & four hours of sleep. 🤷‍♂️
