Now that Trump has revealed his plan to use Venezuelan oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and for the military, this post takes on new meaning. If this whole thing works out the way he is hoping, the petrodollar continues AND the oil that the USA doesn't need (but wants) will be acquired.
