Been talking to people that somehow works in web3 / blockchain space (not full time) and the fear to move all in to a job related to crypto (ish) is real. I’ve been looking into jobs like this too and I have the same feeling. While I’m comfy to freelance, part-time or project based, I still feel not 100% with a full-time change. Would love to hear some takes on this.

I am not a developer and I will not give my opinion in this regard, for a long time I worked offline and there was a time constraint, say, from 9.00 to 18.00 (there was no control, because I was a controller 🤣) but about 7 years ago life changed and I work on outsourcing, not particularly tied to time and it is still difficult for me to control the execution of trivial tasks and I always put them off until the deadline) I want to say that it is still difficult for me not to go to work and work remotely, although there are many advantages to working from home, I have lost many useful and necessary contacts that have been developed over the years and web3 will not replace this for me.
