Grateful to TIME for the thoughtful programming during White House Correspondents’ Week. I had the privilege of hearing CFTC Acting Commissioner Caroline D. Pham speak at a TIME100 Talks event in Washington, D.C., where she shared insights on digital assets and the future of regulation. Commissioner Pham is a thoughtful and steady voice for the industry. I left feeling genuinely optimistic that, under her leadership, we can move toward smart, balanced regulation, protective without stifling innovation. Highlights from her remarks below.
