OkGo's Of The Blue Colour of the Sky
Thievery Corporation's The Richest Man in Babylon and Saudade

and so many more that I can't even begin to list

Honorable mention: 

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard's Flight b741. A newer album, came out in 2024, but has quickly become a favorite.
