♥️🥹 i did a personal growth program early 2024 when i was going through something awful and it was so much like the breakfast club! insane experience. my group had a former CAA exec who was losing his kid to drugs, a soccer mom bored of her cookie cutter life, a construction worker whose dad accidentally killed his brother and then abandoned the family, a guy who’d been recently released from prison for DV, CEO of a massive midwestern company, woman who’d recently left a sexless marriage, and a popular instagram influencer and we all just worked out our stuff with each other. felt just like the movie was surreal.

Wowww that really does sound like a real life Breakfast Club! So many wildly different backgrounds all cracked open in one space. Must’ve been intense but kind of heartwarming too, seeing everyone just drop the masks and be raw and trying to support each other. Thanks for sharing that seriously moving.
