It was hilarious to watch Democrats narrate the demise of the big beautiful bill. But here we are, the uni party in Washington DC prevails again.

None. They didn’t need to since Republicans run the House.

It’s a game - perfectly designed. Both parties feed the interests of the oligarchs - just with different flavours.

You look actual thing done over last 10 yrs by either party, there is a huge difference. Saying they are the same is a trope that serves republicans to diminish turnout in elections. Yes money has too big of an influence, Citizens United, but policies are vastly different.

For optics I can agree policies might seem different. But if you track them on the board they look something like this: 1. Perpetual War & Military-Industrial Consensus 2. Wall Street Protection - we forget Obama bailouts in 2008 for big banks 3. Surveillance State & Civil Liberties Erosion 4. Unquestioned Support for Israel & Authoritarian Allies 5. Big Tech & Censorship Collusion 6. COVID Policy as Biopolitical Theater 7. Immigration Theater, Enforcement Reality The State requires continuity and American policy pretty much remains intact between both parties - and frankly, having two choices to vote either blue or red is not really having that many options.

Yes I know - he was elected in 2008 - but he inherited the crash and dealt with it through the recovery and reinvestment act which 100% favoured Wall Street.
