Great question! As much as we try to find the objective view, it doesn’t exist. The viewing of reality is always in the subjective. We may try to turn the subjective view onto an object of inspection, but here we also find, there’s nothing there. This is why we can’t “see” our eyeball.

Or is the subjective reality a fantasy that we use to make sense of the objective world? Facts are Facts independent of how we feel about them.

Subjective reality is an illusion. When you open your eyes you aren’t “seeing” the world. You are seeing the neural cascades of light activating and being processed in your brain. It is all a heavily processed illusion even if it tells you a lot about what’s out there. It’s a useful illusion, but not pure fantasy.
