Have you looked into companies like sendcutsend? Totally different market and product than what you’re building, but the sequencing is something that strikes me as a wild unlock. Whats been lucrative for them that other specialty shops can’t handle is being able to provide affordable fabrication services for small batch orders. They work with individuals and companies of all sizes (I can send 3 things to get fabricated and spacex can send 3000). Everything gets jumbled together, nested, cut and sequenced to make the most efficient use of the material. What I can fathom is the system than then unjumbles the cnc soup. But thats what makes their system effective and profitable. Anyway, your description of sequencing cuts, delivery, for edge-banding made me think of that.
