I never got into buying music CDs. Went straight from tape to downloading MP3s off ftp servers in the mid 90s. 🤣 We did have software CDs in the late 80s or maybe it was in the early 90s. I can’t remember exactly what. I definitely remember Kings Quest V which was released in 1990.
