After a week feeling very /nervous, my /nervous-system feels so /regulated and calm right now I feel like I’ve attained new highs in terms of nervous system balance It’s been a long journey and still a long journey ahead

thanks for sharing. i’d be interested to learn what practices have helped you achieve this balance. i too feel unbalanced at times and have few mechanisms to help me regulate.

1. yoga nidra has been my pocket nap and really helps make sure i don't overload my NS 2. veggies before eating anything else prevents glucos spikes 3. moving as much as possible 4. anything that works for you, but it all starts with interoception https://every.to/superorganizers/the-art-and-science-of-interoception
