Workout today: legs -45 minutes or so of lunge jumps and sissy squats every 2 minutes. So I go on a walk and set a 2 minute timer, when the ⏲️ goes off I do one of the workouts, then when done set the timer again and alternate workouts. I probably got in about 5-6 sets for both workouts. -8 minutes straight of slow and deep calf raises. Total time: 53 minutes Afterthoughts: I’ve really been having a hard time waking up this early. Not so much because I don’t like being up early but rather because I’m not getting enough sleep. I’m thinking I might need a different job as they work me too many hours. Legs feel good 👍
