Workout today: pull -15 minutes of warmup/wrist rehab (lots of deep stretches and some light wrist curl variations) -25 minutes of power pull-ups = 12 sets of 3 reps each (goal is to be able to pull up past my bellybutton, right now I can get a few below my chest) -10 minutes of medium-light resistance band rows. (Took a few short breaks) -10 minutes straight of crucifix sit ups. (Averaged about 1 every 5 seconds or so) -10 minutes of sauna at 180*f Total time 1:10 Afterthoughts: good start to a Monday. I feel like I’m starting to get used to waking up at 4:45am. Overall my body feels solid and athletic.
