Workout today: pull and legs -15 minutes of handstands (against wall) -25 minutes of power pull-ups and muscle ups = 15 sets total -10 minutes of weighted calf raises = 5 sets of 10 reps -10 minutes of shin raises = 7 sets Total time 1:00 Afterthoughts: forgot my pull-up gloves, otherwise I would have done more pull workouts, as my hands were starting to hurt. Would be done some time in the sauna too but there was a dude mumbling some weird shit in there the so I got outa there.
