Workout today: throughout -first half of the day: 10 sets of balance pushups (5 variations, two reps each variation) -second half of the day: 6 sets of straight planks. (As long as I can, usually 1 minute or so) -also spent some time juggling for fun and hand eye coordination. Total time: unknown Afterthoughts: I had today off work, (thank the gods), and decided to approach my workout without such structure. I enjoyed doing sets throughout the day as opposed to forcing myself to do it all in an hour timeframe. It allowed me more recovery time thus giving me more energy per set.
