I want a "code review" style interface for Claude Code rather than a CLI. Long bulleted lists of nitpicks work but I'd rather queue up a bunch of changes referring to specific files/lines. This is a little unwieldy through the CLI.

@horsefacts.eth if you open Claude Code within Cursor (in-app terminal) it does diff-style code review

Ask and ye shall receive... "Code changes can be displayed directly in the IDE diff viewer instead of the terminal. You can configure this in /config" https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/ide-integrations#features

Feels like there should be a VS Code bolt on that leverages Claude Code to do this. If there is an I'm ignorant lmk, bc I'm just 100% CLI now

I’ve asked it for annotated diffs before you could potentially have it tailor its output to mimic the interface you want

You don’t use Claude via Copilot on Visual Studio? Recently, you can choose Claude Sonnet 4 in agent or ask mode.
