Which emotions do you find hard to control. For me, I think it's anger, I don't get angry easily. But when I do, I feel and act like a different person. As if I'm a superhuman and can do all things, lol. And it's take a toll on me How about you, which emotion changes you?

Well what I have is policy (Once I tell my mind to stop loving or to hate someone, it falls in and nothing will be able to change that)
