Gm Compez. Wanted to talk to you about the Spam label frame. I think some accounts are labeled incorrectly. Many accounts previously on Label 1, got Label 2. But they are still spammy and can’t participate in rewards etc.

It is possible that you're right but this has happened before whenever people go into spam and then come out they’re only included starting from the next week dont worry.
