Dude! I am endlessly anxious about my heart (and I’m only 31) and freak out about the dangers of zynning. In my research, I’ve found that nicotine can definitely impact and constrict blood flow, but it’s the fastest way (that I’m aware of) of using nicotine. It also hasn’t been proven to cause cancer.
