I have a group of Japanese friends that meets for potlucks a few times a year I famously bring my yaki-onigiri (やきおにぎり) which are grilled rice balls. One of my friends just published the cutest book of Japanese recipes including my onirigi recipe!! I encourage you to try making them. So easy, cheap, and tasty 🍘🍙
