I hear ya! Not alone on this. Swearing full tilt lung cap in an open environment is actually unbelievably therapeutic , no joke. Anyone feeling a bit fed up or stressed out in any way should find some open air and give your breath away, give that FUCK a shot! - P.S it's even more releaving when carried out in a public setting. Even just the act of imagining yourself doing this like some individuals do downtown on hastings street ... just that simple thought/vision will almost always flip a frown upside down and bring some relief #notmedicaladvice #FUCK !!!!
