I’ll have to spend some time distilling everything but in the meantime, I will be using my list of 6 questions that I previously posted in my call for a post-mortem as a benchmark. While one of these might be considered out of scope within the post-mortem specifically, I’d still like to get answers.

Here we go:
1/ What exactly was the upgrade and how did it go so wrong? ✅
2/ Who knew what when? ❓
3/ How were the hard fork(s) decided and executed upon? ✅

4/ What is the extent of funds/asset loss as a result of the re-org? ❌
5/ Have there been any bailouts? ❓
6/ Was it ever possible to even run an independent light node for this blockchain? ❌
