Peace lily, its pretty hearty and can survive a month without watering. It droops when its thirsty, so its essentially telling you when you forget. I have a small pot in my bathroom for 5 years and have never changed the soil. It looks half decent too. I use it as an indicator to show me when i need to water my other house plants.
