This week was a full reminder: it’s not always about pushing harder, sometimes, the real win is knowing when to pause.
There was a time I kept going nonstop, no breaks, no reset. It felt productive, but all it did was drain the creativity.
I hit that wall: no inspiration, no spark. Just noise.
But with time to breathe, support from the right circle, and a mindset shift, things started to click again.
