So people with allowance are not expected to get a tip or it's meant for people without allowance alone?

Saying that will determine the width of allocation I don't think that is a good idea and there is other way you could stop those who are doing tip trade.

I agree with you on this, this would even rather risk people leaving. But I think the battle with farmers is a very difficult one.

It is never easy fighting farmer or spammer but there are ways to reduced them. How can it be that tipping who are not with allowance increasea chances of allocation, it's not a good idea.

Best way should always be the model he has been using before which is max number of tip send.

I get your points, when priority is given to people without allowance all they will do after claiming is to sell without having intentions to invest. After the end of the month they will sell and be expecting to sell the other months too because they have nothing to lose.

I agree, I thought that was why the maximum number of times was set at 5, but I guess not.
I'm sure there are a lot of people who will just get the parther and sell it, if they want to participate. On the other hand, the participants who are there now will be those who are buying the farther with at least some expectation of the farther. I think what the community needs is the latter, and we should value the early community members as much as the new ones.
