In my twenties, I wrote a list of everything I wanted to achieve before 30. I hit most of it. But when I read it back, it felt like someone else’s fantasy. I don’t regret the work. I regret outsourcing the criteria.

That last line hits deep. Sometimes we chase dreams that aren’t really ours, just reflections of what we thought we should want. The real glow-up is rewriting the list with your own pen.
