EU's cool with a US trade deal  
that slaps 10% tariffs on most exports.  
But they want lower rates for pharma,  
booze, chips, and planes.  
Pushing for quotas and waivers  
to cut US car part (25%)  
and steel/aluminum (50%) tariffs.  
Trade chief Sefcovic heads to DC this week  
to push talks. EU also wants current  
and future sector tariffs addressed.
