A few months ago,I built an ai agent product. It won hackathons,had plenty in the waitlist and was genuinely fun to work with.

But,a couple of months later,we had a huge bill for running the agents. Even thought the market loved it,at such an early stage,running multiple ai agents was not sustainable. 

As much as AI agents are getting popular, long term scaling is expensive at this point.
