I admire people who take big swings on something they believe in even if they miss. I respect it a lot more than people who play everything safe and then talk down on others trying to do something different

Yeah... Stepping out of your comfort zone isn't easy, make sacrifices and learn from it... That's the way to really grow... Some people play safe thinking they'll take correction from the outgoing ones... But think about it... That's some waste of time
