Today's workout focus: Legs & Glutes. 1. Squats - 4 sets x 12 reps 2. Lunges - 3 sets x 15 reps each leg 3. Deadlifts - 4 sets x 10 reps 4. Leg Press - 3 sets x 12 reps 5. Glute Bridges - 3 sets x 15 reps Finish strong!
