By the time you, Daniel, and your little princess Zoe, will come to visit me, I hope I’ll meet you in the small, but cozy city of Sloviansk, in the east of wonderful Ukraine 🇺🇦.
𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆?
Our region is pretty wonderful, that’s why I am going to plan a few days trip, and we’ll be able to see lots of places.
Among my favourites is Mongolia Krona. Such “an art kvartal” (art district) with an open-air space, where different concerts and performances are held and a cozy authentic restaurant with live music🎶, thematic parties, friendly atmosphere, rich wine card and delicious cuisine. I think you’ll definitely enjoy being there.
And Zoe will have some fun too; there are so many amazing events and masterclasses for children too.
One more place to visit is in 10 km from my place, and it's my native city Kramatorsk, the city of green parks, roses, huge factories, and stunning sunsets. While Zoe will be enjoying warm, colourful, and dancing fountain, we’ll observe one of the most spectacular sunsets from the main square. And then we could walk to the amusement park, beloved place of all the citizens, where there are so many roller coaster 🎢.
Of course, we can’t help but visit our natural beauty: thick pine trees, forests, blue lakes, endless sunflowers, 🌻 and wheat 🌾 fields.
One more spectacular place to visit is the city of Sviatohirsk, such as called “Donetsk Switzerland”. The place where the Holy Dormition Sviatohirsk Lavra is located.

Of course, it’s our Ukrainian borscht, every region has its own recipe and travelling through Ukraine you should definitely try some of them. It tastes wonderful with sour cream, pampushki with garlic, and salt lard.
And for fans of delicious alcoholic beverages there is an alternative to try something new (mead, hrenovuha, moonshine and other local liqueurs), and all of them will be absolutely environmentally friendly.
𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗱𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿?
About Ukrainian grandmas and their hospitality:
“A Ukrainian grandma never asks, ‘Are you hungry?’
She just starts feeding you.
Even if you’re the plumber.”

If you come to Ukraine, you’ll definitely need to visit @vito4ka.eth - I hope we can do that being in Sviatohirsk; @kraken8.eth and the coast of the Black Sea @olenakarp.eth and the city of Lviv, @3irka.eth with @tylerfoust.eth and the heart of our country - Kyiv; @girl-ua; to know different parts of our country better.
𝟱 . 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗯𝘂𝗺?
It would be a collage of photos taken in all the parts of our destination, and of course, a small portrait of mine. 7 replies

@yana2203. Dear Yana, enjoy doing this with you. My connection with you was always great, I am sure that these moments could be 100%.
I love everything you describe from Ukraine, I have lived it in my mind in every written word. Of course, although I hate the garlic, population of the Borscht, and of course all the drinks with alcohol, haha. But then you take care of Zoe 😂😂.
Hey, I think it would be a good idea to visit all possible grandmothers!
Your friends from there, they are all great. I suspect that I could spend a long time in this country ...
Thanks for the photo for my travel album, I will take it there, and in my heart !!
(By the way, FC does not take the other photo, so I share it here) 1 reply
