When I was a child, I would walk with my mom to the end of our street and I went never alone, that short distance seemed like miles to me. Once, I let go of my mother's hands and got lost there. I felt lonely and as if no one was going to come after me. I feel exactly the same now. It's like I'm lost on that endless street and loneliness is constantly pressing on my brain.

It may be time for you to reach out your hand so that one of us can take it and lead you to safety.

That feeling really hits deep. Sometimes even as adults, those childhood emotions come back stronger than ever. Youโre not alone friend๐ค
