I was in a relationship with a girl 4 years younger than me. She was the kindest girl I've ever met. Very beautiful, smart, sweet, with a perfect figure. I felt like a jerk around her. I don't make enough money, I can't take her out to restaurants. I rent a one-bedroom, I don't have enough money. And she told me money wasn't everything. I was freaking out because I felt unfulfilled. In the end I blurted out that I don't want to be with her, we're different and a lot of other stuff. She didn't cry, she didn't scream. She just put on her jacket, said goodbye and left. It's only now that I realize what I've done. She blacklisted me everywhere. I don't know how to get her back...

your body *absolutely* does not know what it needs, though, and it's been proven *repeatedly* by tens of thousands of researchers independently your body wants to stay dormant, consume highly palatable calorie dense food, not to expel energy, not to learn anything new, watch tv all day, brainrot, watch porn, and give up and as to the main point made by @androidsixteen.eth? about "knows what it wants"? yeah sure it *wants* to not feel pain in the knees, but does it want to stretch to prevent that? nope it *wants* lower back not to strain, but does it *want* to lift with the legs? fuck no it *wants* not to have diabetes, but does it want to give up on a sugary diet? again, no your body is stupid as hell when it comes to long term vision wearables help translating long term goals into short term "you haven't moved in 1 hour buddy, time to move?"

I'm married, I love my husband, everything in my life is good. But I have a habit of playing people. I choose an object of attention and start driving him crazy with looks, and then conversations. In the end, as soon as I realize that the object is tightly hooked he becomes uninteresting to me. I stop communicating with him, and some that I like, torture for years. I realize with my mind that you can't do that to people. But I can't do anything about it, everything happens on automatic. I don't know what to do with myself....
