Are there any tiny, remote islands in the Pacific Ocean? I mean cartoonishly small, a few square meters in the middle of the ocean.
This one is bizarre and a bit cartoonish in a way, but probably not the way you were thinking. To me it looks like an imaginary hideaway for a villain from some James Bond or Batman movie, but it’s quite real. It’s called “Ball’s Pyramid,” a volcanic island roughly midway between Sydney and Norfolk Island.
