If you had your heart set on really tiny islands, note that volcanic islands often appear in groups, as magma escapes in multiple points along a fault line, and this island has at least four additional tiny islands in its grouping; you can see a couple of them in the image below:

Are there any tiny, remote islands in the Pacific Ocean? I mean cartoonishly small, a few square meters in the middle of the ocean.
This one is bizarre and a bit cartoonish in a way, but probably not the way you were thinking. To me it looks like an imaginary hideaway for a villain from some James Bond or Batman movie, but it’s quite real. It’s called “Ball’s Pyramid,” a volcanic island roughly midway between Sydney and Norfolk Island.
