there’s some lil extras that give extra sounds my japanese is kinda bad sorry but ブーロ gives u booro we can turn フ (fu) into ブ (bu) or プ (pu) depending on the modifier (idk what the actual name of the modifier is)

you name would be pronounce buruu and they would spell it using Katakana because it’s not a native word. This is what it would look like: ブルー (buruu) ブ = Bu ルー = Ruu ( the “ー” extends the long U sound The ル by itself would just be “ru” so the extender ‘dash’ is added to ensure the “uu” sound
