I’m going with the narrative (and hoping) that an opportunistic artist saw wet concrete and created this.

If a frog jumped in there, it would have had to of been wet enough to make this mark but there would be some attempt and movement by the frog and it’s unlikely that the ‘impression’ would be this clean.

And I want to believe that a frog didn’t actually die this way 😂

my oracle believes otherwise 😭

good points. prolly died before the cement dried and thus a clean outline as the cement hardened around the already dead frog 😭
