Founders and leaders(indirectly farcaster) should shift their focus from DAU (Daily Active Users) to ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). Chasing new users can become a distracting vanity metric and will lead to long-term challenges. Instead, prioritize strategies that grow the LTV (Lifetime Value) of your existing customers. It’s far better to have 100 users paying $49 a month than 10,000 users who contribute nothing.
