an idea (that is def too provocative to share on birdapp & one even im not 100% sure i agree with): every few years (and especially during bear markets), there should be a shakeup of talent from every web3 company. founders remain, but everyone else gets reallocated, draft-style

my favorite part of sports video games was always redrafting the whole league in the beginning of a career mode life is a game too it seems
