I was a vegetarian for 5-6 years and I started eating meat again in my early 20’s
Idk if i can tell you it ever feels good… Every day I think it’s going to be my last meat eating day. Just try and buy your meat consciously and thank the animal so their soul can feel the appreciation 🥹

try and support local farmers 🫂 you help them but it also makes you feel a lil less guilty! idk if id have the self control to not eat meat

my lifesavers when i was vegetarian were lentils (any legume works, but those saved me from anemia many many times), boiled egg and cheese
