Now this is how @rodeodotclub looks like: 1. 50% to artists / 25% to collectors / 25% to rodeo or 2. 50% to artists and 50% to rodeo This is how I see the sustainability: 1. 60% to artists / 20% to collectors / 20% to rodeo but never 50% to rodeo! You need to give more chance to the collectors! If we want artists back or more artists or to stay, need to give more 💚 to artists! This is the way. With more minting, I think rodeo can reach their goal, and they can cover their fees, if not, tell me. Discussion: https://rodeo.club/post/7384423787149582336

Yeah, honestly, it's way too exploitative. And seeing bots raking in huge profits just kind of kills my motivation. Also, I don't think the 24-hour mint is very good.its too much FOMO. but sometimes miss the timing. It would be better if it ended 24 hours after the last mint, like echow. Also, the new UI is way too ugly... (°▽°) Is it aiming to be like Zora on web3 social media?

Thanks your thoughts, Guru<3 I can't really follow Zora anymore, how it works, but I know that they gave artists quite a lot with the creator token, I think the 24-hours is both good and not so good. It keeps people on rodeo and collectors know that they have to mint atm, later they can just grab from secondary. I don't know about echow...need to check it out.

Even if half is taken, I think it's good that it remains as an NFT. To be honest, I'm not really fond of coins. I enjoy looking at the artwork more than trading it. The hype around echow was short-lived and has since died down.

Anyway, if I feel like I can just casually post and get a little pocket money, I guess it's not so bad. lol

Yes, the concept of NFT is quite blurred compared to the early days. And this applies to L2 and how much media is stored on IPFS not only the contract of the artwork. Yee, I never followed the coin trading on zora..
